Employed in senior and executive roles for over fifteen years in various Training and Recruitment companies and Local Government. These have included Community Based organisations and Corporate companies.

Currently Founder and Managing Director of the Pow Wow Group. The Pow Wow Group provides an environment for individuals, and companies, to grow and develop their training, recruitment and consulting needs through innovative and flexible pathways.

Holds degrees in Psychology, Marketing, Business and Human Resource Management. Also holds Certificate IV in Workplace Trainer and Assessor Member of the Inner Middle South Network
