Our process:

Assignment Specification

Obtain a position specification from the client including: Job Description, Additional Skills Required, Personality Type / Cultural Fit, Ideal Career Profile etc.
Confirm timelines

Recruitment Strategy

  • Design a recruitment strategy, including advertising methodologies and timelines
  • establish the client's expectations in relation to short listing, interviewing and commencement dates


Screening of Applicants

  • Prepare and place advertisements on the internet and in print
  • Conduct database search of current registered candidates
  • Telephone screening of relevant responses
  • Determine initial shortlist of candidates to be interviewed by Experience Works


Interviews

  • Interview candidate face-to-face/telephone for skills and behavioral fit
  • Re-qualify candidate in relation to the position description and salary expectations


Submission of Short listed Candidates

  • Produce detailed candidate summary for the client of suitable candidates
  • Submit shortlist to client
  • Gain feedback from client as to suitability of candidates


Client Interviews

  • Arrange candidate interviews with the client and provide support throughout this process
  • Seek client feedback after interview and conduct candidate debrief
  • Arrange psychometric testing and job competency testing if necessary


Reference Checking / Negotiate Final Offer

  • Conduct verbal reference checks for short listed candidates, with at least two work related referees and present to client in summary form
  • Negotiate offer to successful candidate and organise letter of offer


Feedback and Ongoing Support

  • Follow up and offer feedback to unsuccessful candidates
  • Provide ongoing support to placements
